When an Approver reviews a test script and approves it, is there anyway to notify the author of the script that it's been approved?

To clarify, I'm looking for an email notification like the approver receives.

There is no formal review & approval process workflow associated with test script like there is with test plan and test case.
So I believe there is no way to get email notification for test script review.
