Configure RTC as build provider

Hello,

I have the following environment: RTC 3.01 and RQM 3.01 which were upgraded from ver 2.x.
There is a friend communication between the 2 servers that I set up after upgrade.
I need now to have the CCM a build provider and synchronize build information with the Quality Management application. In doing so, I have followed the info on the infocenter and setup this communication in the 3 steps described there.
After using the wizard the status I got was green: OK.
Nevertheless, when trying from RQM in the Execution Tab and then Build completion radio button to Select the Build Definition in the drop down box I don't see anything apart from Unassigned.
Is anything I have forgotten, enable or I have to tes it different?
