Has anyone ever gotten this error

Failed to upload File /R2K_RTC_Ph1_SOURCE/SOURCE/CC2070R.SQLRPGLE
CRJAZ1247I The request to the server failed. The server returned the http error 400 with error text "Bad Request". Examine any further details here or look in the server log files for more information on how to resolve the issue.
We have several source members that we cannot checkin because of this error. When we try to check in - it also disconnects the Jazz repository connection. Other members work fine. These selected members get the same error on other developers workstations.
Any ideas?

I had the customer with similar issue which was caused by his database corruption.
Anyway It could be great to look into ccm.log to see if there is any additional error message.
Using Firebug and checking what is http request causing issue could be also good.
Yekiel - do you have it only for one work item/attachment or several or all? Is there any pattern?
