RTC Agile - how to reflect testing phase at the taskboard
Hello,
We are using SCRUM and RTC3.0.
We are currently using the plans and use the taskboard on a daily base.
currently it is enough for the developers tasks.
There are 3 states:"to do", "in progress", "done".
We would like to find a way to reflect also the TESTING phase.
I mean that a Defect WorkItem is owned by the developer.
At the end (status = resolved) we would like to have a visibility to the fact that the WorkItem is currently "active" by the Tester.
The Tester is a member of the team as well and has this WorkItem assiged to him after the developer finish his work.
What is the way to refcect it?
I know that I can change the column display at the taskboard to show all states of a workflow, but it leaves me with many workitems that set as "items with other workflows or invalid states".
