Creating database tables in sqlserver for RTC 2.0.0.2 Fix 2

When I installed RTC version 2.0.0.1, the installation manual (dated 12 Jun 2009) had the following sentence in section "Setting up a SQL Server database", just before the ""Troubleshooting" heading:

"You have completed setting up your database. Now, create the Jazz Team Server database tsbles. For more information, see Creating the Jazz Team Server database tables on DB2 and Oracle."

I'm now installing RTC 2.0.0.2 Fix 2 on another server, and the above sentence is missing from the installation document (dated 12 Nov 2009).

Is this a documentation error or a change in the installation process?

The procedure on creating database tables with the command:

repotools -createTables

has been dropped from the installation documentation for RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix2.

When or how do my database tables get created?
