Forcing Comments in the Update Comments Box?

Dan Duce (2534645) | asked Jan 06 '12, 1:22 p.m.
ISO 9000 document controls require some sort of revision history with comments stating what was updated from one version to another.

In RAM, the Update Comments box will probably be used to capture this information. Currently, you can just hit enter without adding any comments.

Is there any way to force a mandatory minimum length for that box so people can't just hit enter without adding something to it?

This won't prevent them from entering gibberish, but it will show that they intentionally put in gibberish.

Thanks......Dan

Hi,

There are no controls on this. It sounds like a useful enhancement.
Please open an enhancement on jazz.net so that it can be evaluated for a
future release.
