RTC performance issue

Hi All,

I setup the JTS(Version:3.0.1.1) with using the Derby database on windows Server 2008 R2, the version of RTC clinet I using is 3.0.1.1 as well.

Now, I encounter a strange issue, when I connect the JTS (CCM Applications) via RTC window client, it can run smoothly (only one user login to the server currently), but when I use another account login to the JTS via RTC window client in other PC (two users login the server now) , one of the user's RTC client performance will be very slow, even no response,

Does Anyone have ideas for this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hi Eric,

I would recommend reading https://jazz.net/library/article/496 and https://jazz.net/library/article/551, note the dual-core CPU requirement.
If this doesn't help, I suggest you open a support ticket through ibm.com
