RTC implement with Tomcat for Enterprise?

I know of several large enterprise deployments that are using tomcat,
but the majority that I work with use WebSphere. Looking forward, to
leverage the hot failover and clustering functionality that is planned
for the 4.0 release, you will need to use Websphere, and not tomcat.
