JSL on Windows Server 2008 R2

Trying to run JSL to wrap JBE on Windows Server 2008 R2, 64-bit.

I can get jsl64_debug to run and the builds run fine. But when I try to run

jsl -debug or jsl64 -debug I get the following:

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

I don't see an sxstrace.exe anywhere.

We had the same issue when upgrading our server to Windows 2008.  To resolve it, we downloaded the latest version of jsl 0.99n, and implemented the Windows services using "jsl_static.exe -install"
