how to trace requirements with TER in RQM using query

Hi,
We are working on a request from the testing team on how to trace requirements with TER. I didn't find any reports even any query to trace this.

The goal is to know the execution of test cases linked to a specific requirement. I'm searching a query but could not find one.

There is a graph named plan requirements execution using TER count but i rather need a table with req/ name of tc/ status execution

TER status for each test cases are linked to a requirement..

Expected Result Should be like

Requirements Name || Name of the TC (linked to the REQ) || TER Status
