Customized section not visible in web UI.

I have added a new custom tab in Story workitem and 3 sections which has enumeration attributes (customized process template). I could see them all in proper way through eclipse UI but in Web UI only one section is visible. Could you please help me with possible cause and resolution for it. I am using RTC 3.0 client. The web browser is firefox.

Using custom layout or H layout but its not working on web. only one section is visible. please guide.

Finally found a way that H layout is supported in web but not the custom layout.

Berthold, are you also using RTC 3.0? It seems the original poster realized that an H layout was required as the custom layout was supported only in the Eclipse UI.
