How to modify the defect workflow/state to only allow a developer to resolve it not close it
We have a need to update the Defect workflow/state to ensure developer can only resolve a ticket and not close it. We're not sure if this is a simple workflow/state change or if a programmatic solution within RTC will be required. If the solution requires a programmatic solution a code sample and placement within RTC is requested.
