problem while opening RTC using weblink

Hi ,

Even we face this problem at times.For us, the problem is not consistent across all users and not specific to a web browser or to users belonging to specific roles.

The only solution is to restart RTC to make RTC load in Web again.
We have an open PMR for this issue.

If anyone has any observation on this problem, could you please share it in this thread. It will be useful for us to find a solution.

I am using the below link to open the RTC. But from last 3 days , i am getting empty page.


It is showing loading...... , But not moving further .

I tried the URL, and got the expected login pop-up prompt.
You might want to verify that pop-ups are enabled in your browser (or
try a different browser).
