RFT8.2.0.2v to RTCv3 -Server & client version mismatch e
I have problem in check-in or deliver the scripts from
RFT8.2.0.2v to a RTCv3 server.
Trying to check in the scripts from RFT by going to Team/Check-In and Deliver.. I get the following error listed below:
CRJAZ1241I There is a version mismatch for the "com.ibm.team.scm" service. The server version is "0.39" while the client version is "0.37". Both client and server version must match.
Check the overall version of the client using Help->About and ensure it is compatible with server version "3.0.1" and build id "RJF-I20110602-0017".
Did any one come across this issue?

That message indicates that the server runs a newer version of RTC than the client. I am not sure which version is shipped with RFT and how you installed it, but thatis most likely what you have to do. I always install the RTC client into other products later. Then Installation Manager allows to upgrade the RTC version. See also: https://jazz.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=47925
