RQMExcelImporter - Execution Results.xls

I would like to use the RQMExcelImporter to import test results to RQM from Excel. I have tried using the Execution Results.xls sample file that came with version 1.0.3729.28363 of RQMExcelImporter.
Using this spreadsheet, every entry in the results history has a start date of Jan 1, 1970

I have tried changing the start/end times on the spreadsheet from the defaults that were given but still run into this issue.

Can you let me know how to import a valid value for start date?
