Could not connect to Rational Team Concert, Check if the ser
I am running Rational Asset Manager setup. The applications were successfully deployed, DBs working and connecting properly. User and authentication successfully completed.
Having issue during the : Configure Lifecycle management settings I provide the URL - https://sapreal.bcsdc.lexington.bm.com:9444/jazz , Enter the correct userid and password and click on 'Configure Server' and get the following error - I also tried using the url -https://sapreal.bcsdc.lexington.bm.com:9443/jazz but get the same error. Is there any resolution? Thanks, |

Which version of RTC you are using? In RTC3, the URL is no long jazz, but jts or ccm like this: https://jazz.home.net:9443/jts/admin
Or you can check the log files in: C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\logs |
