Could not connect to Rational Team Concert, Check if the ser

I am running Rational Asset Manager setup. The applications were successfully deployed, DBs working and connecting properly. User and authentication successfully completed.

Having issue during the : Configure Lifecycle management settings

I provide the URL - https://sapreal.bcsdc.lexington.bm.com:9444/jazz , Enter the correct userid and password and click on 'Configure Server' and get the following error -

Could not connect to Rational Team Concert, Check if the server is running

I also tried using the url -https://sapreal.bcsdc.lexington.bm.com:9443/jazz

but get the same error.

Is there any resolution?

Which version of RTC you are using? In RTC3, the URL is no long jazz, but jts or ccm like this: https://jazz.home.net:9443/jts/admin

Or you can check the log files in: C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\logs
