Replacing userid with user's name in the notification mail

Hi,
When RRC 2.x is sending notification messages to the user the body of the message contains the id of the user who made the comment.
Instead of the userid, we like to show the user name.
"Mike has left a new comment for you." instead of "001046 has left a new comment for you."
Is it possible to do that?

Hi canberk,
The comment message is being generated by the server and does appear to utilize the userid rather than user name. There is nothing you can do/configure to change this behavior. It would require a code change.
Note this issue exists in RRC 3.x as well.
I would recommend opening a work item requesting to change this behavior.
