Cannot save an attachment in RQM

Raise a defect in RQM. Open it in RTC. Link tab. Try to attach an attachments but cannot Save Attachment failed. Permission denied

You (or the admin) need to enable the (project area editor) >> Permissions >> Project Configuration >> (role) >> Work Items >> Save Attachment permission.

Hi June,

Just noting here that we solved this when we made you a member of the team area. Some permissions are specific to the Project Area and other specific to the Team Area.

As a member of the Project Area you don't subsume the Team Area permissions.

As a rule of thumb, create at least one team in the RQM Project Area and ensure you are all members of this.
