I have come up with the features list - that are possible only on Eclipse client and that are possible only on Web client. Requesting others to add any feature if I have missed out.

Possible Only On RTC Eclipse:

- Customizing the Quick Information Section - Quick Information Presentation
- Attribute Customization - Calculated values, Default values, Value sets, conditons and Validators
- Individual WI Restricted Access is possible only form the Eclipse client.

- Creation of Components, Streams, baselines, snapshots.
