creating the RTC project area by using IBM Focal Point
Dear Friends,
i create the RTC project area by using IBM Focal Point. it is already done well. but the problem is, focal point create the additional iteration in project area. i don't want focal point create the additional iteration, i only need the focal Point create the project area only and the iteration will be created based on the process template that i choose when i create the project area in Focal point. this is the case that i face: 1. i use formal project management process template so it will create the iteration : Release 1.0 and the it's children iteration are req, design, implementation, and testing. 2. but when i already create the project area by using focal point and i check it in RTC, Focal point automatically add the iteration too that is in the same level with Release 1.0. so the structure will be like this one: Release 1.0 -) Requirement -) Design -)Implementation -)Testing Backlog New iteration from Focal Point <-this is what i mean please help to do this one? thanks |

Since this is Focal Point behavior, rather than RTC behavior, you'll
probably want to post this request in the Focal Point forum: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/forums/forum.jspa?forumID=1500 Cheers, Geoff On 11/18/2011 2:08 AM, adichristantohasan wrote: Dear Friends, |

No apologies necessary ... one can't be sure in which forum the folks
doing the Focal Point integration with RTC are more likely to hang out. The likelihood of someone from the Focal Point forum suggesting you post the request to the RTC forum is non-zero (:-). To avoid that, you might want to mention in your Focal Point forum post that you've already posted the question in the RTC forum (:-).
