Migrating RQM configuration/settings and data to another env

We are currently evaluating RQM 2.0 on a DEV environment.

Is possible to export the DEV configuration and data, and import afterwards in RQM 2.0/3.0 on a PROD environment?
Configuration/settings would be: Test plan categories, Test case categories, selected Test plan sections, selected Test case sections, ...
Data would be: Test plan, Test suites, Test cases, Test execution records,

Any info/hint welcome, thanks

(would repotools do the job, or other tool ? are the public URL links migrated OK ? etc)

Within the same version of RQM, you can copy certain test resources using the RQM Copy Utility (https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMCopyUtility). Between different versions of RQM, you can migrate your data (http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v3r0m1/topic/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/c_upgrade_overview.html). Note, not all outward links will be migrated.

Finally, starting in CLM 2012, you will be able to rename a RQM server for the purpose of moving/copying data from test mode to production mode.
