500 Internal Server Error while downloading from jazz.net

 I get a 500 Internal Server Error when I try to access these downloads:
https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/3.0.1.2/RTC-Client-p2Repo-3.0.1.2.zip

There doesn't seem to be a way to raise a bug against the jazz.net website, does anyone know how I report this?
