Open a plan editor with web within Eclipse.

Please give me an advice about this.

When opening a report on Eclipse client, web browser shows up within Eclipse to display report.

I want to do same thing by plan editor because Eclipse plan editor is deprecated.

e.g.
open a plan editor on Eclipse client -> web browser shows up within Eclipse to display the plan editor.

Is it possible?
