Migration user problem

I have migrated the server to the version 2.0, by tool repotools.
I don't have any problem execpt one, the users can not log in.
Only user that execute the login is the ADMIN.
When go in the user managment section and open a user profile page for only user appear: 


This user is not in the directory service. The user will not be able to login unless they have an account in the directory service.

I have solved the problem by copying the file tomcat-user-xml.
