State transition (actions) permissions
Hi,
How do I set the permissions on the actions? I can set it up at the role level (Operation Behaviors -> Save Work item -> Prevent Editing pre-condition). How do I control at the user level?
E.g., User A and User B are having "Team Member" roles and I want A to reopen but not B!

Permissions in RTC are only configurable on a per-role basis. If you want some user to have less permissions than some other user, you have to assign those users different roles.
