In general, to find out what any given precondition or postcondition
means, select that condition in the Operation Behavior pane of the
Project Configuration tab ("add" it), and look at the Description
section. For "Strict Group Resolution", you'll see:

Requires all children to be resolved before the parent can be resolved,
and requires the parent to be open before a child can be added or re-opened.
