To create a custom link from workitem to a SVN URL

Hi,
Is it possible to create a custom link type to provide a link from a work item to a svn/streams URL? Like what Related Artifacts is doing.
I have tried creating a link between one workitem to another.
But not sure how to go for svn/streams link.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

there is a SVN integration that comes with the product. If you set that up you can connect work items to SVN changes in files. You have to enable it. You have to add the work item number manually if I recall correctly. Not sure if that is what you are asking for.

It is actually kind of same..
I have installed the svn subclipse plugin and tried.
I am able to assosiate a workitem with svn revision.
It will show in links tab of that work item.
But when I am trying to open the link,
It gives me message as "could not open the file of format svn+http..".
So I want to go for some other workaround..
Can we create a similar link as Related Artifacts?
where we can give link to RTC streams.
I found that we need to use the <contentTypeFilters> in plugin.xml, but not sure about the format..
Can you please explain me how to use <contentTypeFilters> element?

Hi,

I have not tried that integration recently, but you are probably facing an issue with the configuration. I remember thare was also a synchronization that you had to run or that ran automatically to make the final steps of the integration working. I would look into that. Maybe this helps: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/SVNAndWorkItems i found it on this page: https://jazz.net/projects/rational-team-concert/integrations/version-control/
