RQM - Error Message on "Test plan" screen

Hi,

We are facing an issue with respect to one project area where the user is a member of testers group

Problem Description:

I have an issue regarding the Test plan screen.
I try to add a test case by clicking on the small icon. The popup screen appears. I enter the test plan name and validate the popup.
The test case is correctly added in the test cases list, but when I try to save the test plan screen, I have the following error :

CRJAZ0215I Item not Found : com.ibm.team...

This error does not occur when I create my test case directly from the menu Construction / Create test case.

Under Jazz User Repository the user is a member of Jazz user group and in the project area as a tester who has permission to modify a test plan and test case.

Has anyne come across this issue

Anoop

Hi,

I have found a workaround to the above issue. Creating a new test case under a test plan leaving the owner tab to default (unassigned) is letting the user to Save the test case under test plan.

Note: In the test plan section it shows the Originator name as the Owner name.

With the error and trial method I could only find the workaround Technically speaking I am looking for an answer.

Was your original message similar to this:

Error message :
Unable to retrieve the specified Test Plan. The tab for this failed to load artifact will be closed.
