Screen Capture of scrolling region

Sharon Sorenson (4641) | asked Nov 08 '11, 1:30 p.m.
In the RRC Eclipse client I was able to use Snagit to capture a scrolling window which was extremely helpful to capture the rich text content of an artifact since the output to Word or PDF did not work well.

I am facing the same problem now with RRC 3.0.1 (the rich text output to Word and PDF are unacceptable) but capture of the scrolling region is no longer working. I only get the entire window with no scrolling.

I have tried configuring Snagit to capture a scrolling region as well as an active window but with no success. The controls used in RRC apparantly will not auto scroll using Snagit.

Can someone tell me how to capture the contents of a scrollable area in RRC?

Hi Sharon

I have a few ideas here, though I am not that familiar with Snagit. My first thought would be to try another browser and see if it captures correctly. Which version of Snagit and browser are you using?
