Hi,

My Agile teams using RTC want to track the number of points they commit to each sprint, and the number of points they get done each Sprint.

Currently in our RTC when you move a Story out of the current Sprint, you lose track of the fact that the team committed to those points even though they were not completed.

Is there anyway to automatically record the number of points that were originally committed to, even when some stories are later moved out of the Sprint?

I think plan snapshots should help. However, I tried to use them, but they didn't work well in RTC 3.0 ifix1.

You can create a plan snapshot and then create regular snapshots to compare to the first one.
