error to open attachments that have # in the file name

There is an error in RTC 2.0.0.5 when we open the attachments that contain the symbol # in the file name. the error is
"Usage /com.ibm.team.workitem.common.internal.rest.IAttachmentRestService/repo/csid/Attachment/_"
I don't recall we had this problem before. Does anybody has the same issue?

I tried this in the current RTC release, and there is no problem opening
an attachment containing a # in its name.

What exact gestures were you using to open the attachment (I tried from
both the Eclipse UI and the Web UI).

Cheers,
Geoff

Hi Geoff,
Thank you for checking. I opened PMR and IBM were able to reproduce the problem in the version of RTC 2.0.0.2 iFix 6, but they were not unable to reproduce it in RTC 3.0.1. This is a known issue in Defect 107747<https> where the # sign is not correctly parsed into the URL when opened. This defect was resolved in 3.0.
The current workaround is to use RTC eclipse client to remove the # character from the name of the file: right click on the attachment > rename > save work item.

Thanks, Natalia
