Can't do block edits of some work item attributes

I'm using RTC 3.0.1 and have tried following the steps for "Change Attributes of Multiple Work Items at once (Eclipse Client, Web)" in this link:

I have used the eclipse method a lot for other fields but this doesn't seem to be an option to change the value for Found In or any attribute of type Deliverable. I have also tried the web client method which does allow me to select these attributes and run the steps. But even though it says it completed and the fields were updated, nothing actually was after refreshing the query.

Is there a reason for this? Or is this just a bug? It really is a pain that we can't easily do block changes.

If the Web UI is not correctly executing your block change request, that
is a bug ... please report it.
