Error while attaching screen capture reason: bad request

Hi All
When using the screen capture tool some of our RTC users are getting this error message when trying to attach the screen shot to an existing work item:

Error while attaching screen capture reason: bad request (400)


They are getting the error in both firefox and IE. They are using the IBM J9VM 1.6.0.

Does anyone have any ideas as to the cause of the error and how to resolve the problem ?

Note, I can connect to the same RTC server and the screen shot tool is working without any problems in Chrome, IE and Firefox for me...

 Hi,
This looks like the same issue described in the technote below.

As only certain users are seeing seeing this error, the technote explains
that it is not possible to add a screen capture from the screen capture
tool to a Work Item if the logged on user is a member of a Team Area
but not a member of the Project Area.

The workaround listed in the technote is below as well.
Work around:
Give Everyone permission to Modify attachments or add the user
to the project area, with the same role.
