Web access forbidden
I have a several developers who can't access the web. I've checked they both have valid licenses, are part of the JazzUsers & JazzGuests LDAP groups. We are running RTC on Tomcat, running on Win Server 2008 & hooked into LDAP. The error appears to be tomcat related, the error both developers are getting is below.

I've seen this many times, either due to no valid license or not belong to JazzUsers group. I am wondering what if a normal Jazz user hasn't been assigned to any projects, can he login? What can he see?
He has no problem using the client. He has a assigned license and no floating. He is the product owner of that project. This developer isn't the only one having trouble accessing information through the web ui.
If you have seen this many times then perhaps there is a problem that needs to be fixed. Or in the very least some documentation/trouble shooting tips.
