Linking (blocking) work items..
I have a work item that is blocked by a defect (link-> WI depends on Defect; Link-> Defect blocks WI).
however, it is no problem for me to resolve the workitem without resolving the defect first. Is this normal behavior? Can I enforce a rule that all the defects that the work item depends on, need to be resolved before I can resolve the work item?? |

I think links between work items are just informative.
