LDAP setup in jts

When going through jts/setup and setting up LDAP, the entry: LDAP Registry Location doesn't seem to want a format like the default example: ldap://localhost:389
I'm entering ldap://pas183.amwater.net:389 and it's not being recognized.
How do I enter this value?

I'd suggest taking a look at this page http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21445366 for issues with LDAP. I'm not sure from just this information what is causing the issue. Are there any error messages? Which version of the product is it?
