My installation completed successfully, but RRC client can not connect to repository. Error massage is CRRRC2220E Cannot open the repository. It seems that this problem depends on Japanese locale.

My workaround is to change the JVM locale of RRC server and client from Japanese to English on Japanese Windows.

We will certainly investigate this but please note that only English is supported for the beta.
Note - we have reproduced this problem and are continuing to investigate.

Hiro, I got this also, but it was a "false" error message, because no projects were created yet. Try ignoring the message, creating a project, and see if it goes away.
