Hi,

I am using RQM 3.0.1 and I have some test cases related to a plan,after a while I deleted one of the test cases and run DW jobs to collect information about my current status.

Evet the test case is deleted it is shown in the Requirement Tracebility Matrix widget. Is says "covered". Should it be not shown on that table?

It should not show deleted ones in reports, maybe it is a defect, please create a defect and provide more detailed steps about that. We fixed a problem that showing deleted requirements in the report in 3.0.1.5 via Deleted Requirements still appear in the Requirements Traceability Report (71343), but I am not sure deleted test case. Could you please try it on 3.0.1.5 before creating the defect? NOTE, please upgrading your BIRT report templates after upgrading RQM to 3.0.1.5.
