ID CRJAZ1846E error occuring in RTC 3.0.1
Hi,
I am using RTC 3.0.1, and have RQM professional floating licenses and RRC analyst floating licenses. When I provide these two licenses to a user, it shows me following errors: " An error occurred while trying to assign the Client Access License keys to the user. Click "show details" to view the details of the license assignment error. Follow the instructions to fix the problem, and click "Save" to try again.ID CRJAZ1846E The user configured to perform the request "https://chanakya.cms.wesee.org:9443/jts/service/com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.license.ILicenseRestService/testLicenseAssignments?licenseIds=com.ibm.rqm.tester.floating&licenseIds=com.ibm.team.rrc.author.floating&licenseIds=com.ibm.team.rtc.developer" on the JTS is not authorized. I've seen similar a similar error message in the past although I'm unsure of how we solved it or what caused the error.
From what I recall the workaround we found was that we could assign the licenses without error when we were on the /jts user admin page, it was only when we were on /ccm/admin or some other consumer that we had the issue. Hi, |
This is a known problem with the 3.0.1 release, and will be fixed in the 3.0.1.1 fixpack. The release notes for the 3.0.1 release mention a few workarounds; search for the heading containing "CRJAZ1846E" in

Hello All,
I was exploring creating some customizations in RTC (create a total new type of workitem) and since I had a tough time finding right steps I published the same steps (http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rational/library/custom-work-item-rational-team-concert/index.html). I have got a query as: Can you please tell me we can customize the work item as a service request or not in the same way ? Does anybody know what a service request mean here? I am not sure about service request concept in RTC. |
