I want to do the following via OSLC (using curl in perl). Is this possible?

1. I want to query for a custom workitem (custom type) with a custom field
Possible to provide an example? very difficult to find a working example

2. Is it possible to check if Link of type ex: Resolved by exists using OSLC?

3. Creating Links for a Workitem using OSLC? Is this possible?
