CC-Connectors error - Unexpected Error Message,While trying

Adam Levensohn (36) | asked Jul 03 '07, 3:28 p.m.
In attempting to get the CC connectors going in Team Concert I receive
the following error after entering , stgloc, view tag, vob tag:

Unexpected Error Message

While trying to findStreams, the command failed:cmd: cleartool lsstream
-fmt "%Xn" -invob \UT_PVOBstatus: -16384stdout: stderr: duratn: 0

If I go to the ClearCase server - and run the command manually I receive
the appropriate list of streams -

Any thoughts? I am so close.....

When you say "go to the ClearCase server", do you mean invoking cleartool explicitly on the same machine on which you are running the TeamConcert client? (ClearCase has to be installed on that machine for the CC connector to work).

Which category should I use in Jazz.net if I want to open a work item to
modify the error message Adam received ? :)

Thx

Ahhhhhh- ClearCase needs to be installed on the Jazz server - next time
I will read all of the readme - do we know if that will be a requirement
going forward?

Actually CC (with the MVFS) has to be installed on the TeamConcert client
host, not the server.
