RTC ISPF is extemen slow >_<

The developers complained that the RTC ISPF is extremely slow,even if there is only one user.
All operations, such as check-in ,deliver,cost develpoer several minuters,moreover,the load operation spend half an hour even more than an hour .
The slow problem lead to the develpoers are unwilling to use RTC ISPF.
Does someone meet the same problem?
Can someone help?

Hi

This is obviously not normal and I would guess there is some environmental or setup issue going on. Please get your customer to open up a ticket with IBM support so we can investigate
