CRJAZ0738I Error fetching groups for user

I am getting this error when click into all active users in Jazz, except my own id. Please note:

1. The user is not assigned with any repository permissions.
2. But user does belong to AD groups.
3. And I mapped the groups in WAS.
4. I only see one warning in LDAP setup regarding the emailAddress, although I do see there is a "mail" attribute in AD>
LDAP connection was attempted with warnings. Resolve warnings or click Next to continue.ID CRJAZ1559W: The e-mail address property "mail" is not present in the LDAP registry

What did I miss? Why only my id is right? I used my id to run setup wizard. And weird thing is these users can still login and do check-in/deliver.
