Keeping related RTC projects on one server
We have several related RTC projects with work item links between them. We understand this linking capability is dependent on the RTC project instances being on the same server.
My question is what are the long term implications with keeping the related project instances on the same server to preserve these links?
1. Will the RTC team consider the requirement of keeping these projects together when performing maintenance on the server or eventually replacing the server?
2. Is the RTC team considering extending the work item linking technology to remove the limitation of the linked projects from having to be on the same server?
