Default URL link to create a Work Item Template

Hi,

I have create a "WBS Work Item Template" to create automatically a
cascade of predefined parent-child work items.

I would like to create a link in the home page to guide users to create
this work item template without having to follow the standard URL link
on the top dashboard but I am not able to know the default URL link to
do it. It seems that this menu link has some "logic" because it opens an
additional window asking for some info. Do you know any way to automate
this call from an standard html viewlet?
