unable to develop OSLC with RTC 3.0.1
One answer
The RTC build component allows you to invoke arbitrary build steps via
either the command line or via Ant, so no OSLC development is required
to perform automated builds for C/C++.
And if, as is common, you use Make for your C/C++ builds, you can just
invoke Make via the command line from the RTC build.
