Where do I create magic.properties file on Windows 7?

The SCM Magic File Wiki indicates that the .jazz-scm directory is located in the users home directory.
On Windows that would be c:\users\<user>\.jazz-scm But the RTC information center mentions that on Windows 7 if the LOCALAPPDATA variable is set, the default location for the jazz-scm directory is %LOCALAPPDATA%/jazz-scm i.e. c:\users\<user>\AppData\Local\jazz-scm Yet when the magic.properties file is located in that directory it does not affect the file properties during the initial check-in. (Question is based on a customer inquiry ) |
