How to import deleted SVN branch which was re-branched later

In SVN, we have several branches that were deleted and re-branched from a different revision. Now, we are migrating our code from SVN to RTC. How can we import the branches/tags derived from the deleted branches?

I think the difficulty is this branch was re-created from a different revision with the identical name. So the dialog where we pick the folders to import only shows the new branch folder.

Is there any workaround?
