CLM-RTC on system i & DB2, RQM, RM, JTS on Win & SQL

Currently, RTC, RQM, RM, and JTS Servers are running on Windows Servers with SQL Server. Is following possible?

Question 1: Can we have RQM, RM, and JTS run on Windows servers with SQL server and run RTC on System I with DB2? Can they all collaborate and not have an issue?
Question 2: Can we have RQM, RM, RTC (instance 1), and JTS run on Windows Servers with SQL Server and run RTC (instance 2) run on System I with DB2? Can they all collaborate and not have an issue?
Question 3: How easy is it to migrate RTC data from SQL Server to DB2 and back to SQL Server?
