RRDI FM Package - DW table 'REQUEST_TESTCASE_LOOKUP'
Hi,
I understand that the FM package element 'Test Case relatd Requests' is the result of the join enabled by the content of table 'REQUEST_TESTCASE_LOOKUP', however it does not contain either the Jazz ID of the test case or the associated DW record ID. I require the ability to perform custom joins between Test Case and Request records.
Can you let me know if the 'REQUEST_TESTCASE_LOOKUP' DW table is exposed within the RRDI FM package?
Thanks,
Mark

One answer
Hello Mark.
The number of the work item as well as the number of the test case that
you see in the Web UI you find exposed in the Reference ID attribute.
the fields labeled as Test Case ID or Request ID store the primary keys
of the warehouse, which are generated by the ETLs and local to the
warehouse. These are the keys we use to define Joins in the FM model.
The generic lookup tables are not exposed as we are aiming to provide
all these joins for you.
Can you explain why the existing query subject does not fulfill your
needs and you want to define your own join?
Best regards,
Peter.
